This application has been filed to condone the delay of 214 days in filing the above appeal.
2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned therein and no serious prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the delay is condoned. The learned counsel for the respondent also fairly submits that he has no serious objection in allowing the application. This application is allowed and the delay of 214 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
