Today, the matter had been listed under the caption “for being mentioned” as there was a difficulty with the learned Administrator to recover the expenses.

This Court in the judgment dated 19.12.2024, appointing learned Administrator had

permitted to withdraw only the remuneration from the amounts lying in the credit of the suit.

The judgment also does not indicate the manner in which the expenses could be reimbursed to the learned Administrator.

In such view of the matter, the learned Administrator is also permitted to reimburse the

expenses incurred by him from the amount lying to the credit of this suit.

Registry is directed to carry out the following amendments to the order dated 19.12.2024

in 8^th line of Clause 4, the following shall be deleted,
