JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the plaintiff and the first defendant submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Pursuant to the same, they have filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 03.09.2024 along with the Memorandum of Understanding dated 22.06.2024 which has been duly signed by them and their respective counsel. The learned counsel for the second defendant submitted that she has no objection for recording the compromise memo and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. The said Joint Compromise Memo is recorded.
C.S.No.12 of 2013
Compromise Memo entered between the parties and the above Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of the decree. The Court Fee is ordered to be refunded as per law.
