This application is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to summon the attesting witness K.V.Prakash at Office Address Room No.18, 3rd Floor, Andhra Insurance Buildings, 323 (Old No.156), Thambu Chetty Street, Chennai-600 001 and residence address: Plot No.1775, New No.13, I Block First Street, (Opp.Anna Nagar West Bus Depot), Anna Nagar West, Chennai-600 040 to adduce evidence in the above suit.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.
4.List the matter before the Additional Master-III on 21.10.2024 for cross examination of PW1.
5.Registry is directed to issue summons to the aforesaid attesting witness mentioning the date of hearing as 28.10.2024.
