This revision petition has been filed to set aside the order of attachment of all movables belonging to the petitioners as made in E.P.No.149 of 2020 in Arb.C.No.HBD/ARB/MUM/3474/2018 (CNR No.TNK01 / 005344 – 2020), dated 12.06.2023, passed by the Principal District Judge, Kanniyakumari.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that out of the total amount now, he has paid Rs.2,00,000/- and also ready to pay the balance amount in equal installments. He also given undertaking that he will pay Rs.50,000/- before the Execution Court. The balance amount must be deposited by him in equal monthly installments.

3.Recording the above said undertaking, this civil revision petition

stands disposed of. It is made clear that the revision petitioner shall comply the above said undertaking. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
