Crime Nos.297 of 2016 is pending for investigation. It is further submitted that according to the learned Government Advocate, the defacto complainant in Crime No.12 of 2022 has filed a protest petition before the learned Judicial
Magistrate, Oddanchatram, which is stated to be pending.
