The civil revision petition seeks for a direction to trace out the bundle in O.S.No.231 of 2001 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court at Puducherry and to grant certified copies to the petitioner or in the alternative, to direct the learned I Additional District Munsif at Puducherry to reconstruct the bundle.

I was shocked to note that the bundle, which had been transferred from one court to another, gone missing. Therefore, I requested the learned Principal District Judge, Puducherry to look into the matter and submit a report.

The learned Principal District Judge, Puducherry submitted a report stating that the bundle has been traced and it is currently available in the record section of the District Munsif Court. As the bundle has been traced out, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed.

The learned I Additional District Munsif at Puducherry shall give

certified copies of the records that the civil revision petitioner requires and thereafter, shall take up the suit and dispose it of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the aforesaid direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of.
