petitioner represented that, one of the respondents died and petitioners are not furnishing necessary information to take steps inspite of several remainders. Petitioners are not coming forward to prosecute the case and she is not cooperating to proceed with the case.

In the factual circumstances, this Court is of the considered view ,

as the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case, these Civil Revision Petitions can be closed by recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not coming forward with proper instructions to prosecute these cases is recorded. Accordingly, all the C.R.Ps are closed.
