2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that the parties have already compromised the matter before the Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore and the terms of settlement has already been entered into Crl.R.C.No.780 of 2023. He also produced the copy of the settlement dated 02.12.2023.
3.In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed, if any.
