Prayer : Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 r/w. 401 of Cr.P.C., seeking to modify the partial/inequitable order dated 30.01.2018 made in M.C.No.293 of 2010 on the file of the learened VII Additional Judge, Family Court, Madras and further direct the respondent herein to pay to the first petitioner Rs.80,000/- per month and to the second petitioner Rs.80,000/- per month totalling Rs.1,60,000/- per month from the date of filing of M.C.No.293 of 2010 i.e., from 09.07.2010.

2.A joint memo dated 19.03.2024 has been filed to withdraw the

above Criminal Revision Case. The contents of the joint memo are explained to both the parties in Crl.R.C.No.466 of 2018 and

Crl.R.C.No.634 of 2018. Both parties agreed as to the contents of the memo.

3.Recording the same, both the Criminal Revision Cases are
