This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking withdrawal of

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there was

case and counter case . The Petitioner is the complainant in Crime No.500 of 2023 and the Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.499 of 2023. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case and counter case in Crime No.500 of 2023 was closed and the closure report has to be furnished to the Petitioner. The case in Crime No.499 of 2023 has been proceeded and it is likely to be at the stage of filing a final report.
