However, the Provisional Attachment Order Passed under Section 5(1) of the PMLA has been confirmed by the Adjudicating Authority under Section 8 of PMLA. Thus, the petitioner preferred an appeal under Section 26 of the PMLA before the Appellate Tribunal.
