This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17843 of 2923, dated 17.11.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court, dated 17.11.2023 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear
