This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12960 of 2023, dated 17.07.2023.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already
imposed by this Court, dated 05.12.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
