2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, by the order
dated 15.11.2024, this Court passed an conditional order upon the

petitioner, to pay the entire decree amount in five equal monthly installments, starting the first installment on or before 09.12.2024. But,
the petitioner did not turn up.
3.Therefore, this civil revision petition stands dismissed for
default. No costs.
