This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 389(1) of Cr.P.C seeking to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Perambalur in Sessions Case No.13 of 2019 dated 08.11.2019 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the appeal.

was living along with her brother. While so, the appellant taking advantage of the same, he used to sexually harrass her on various occassions. On 04.09.2019, the victim was on her way to see her brother, the appellant dragged the victim into the sugarcane farm and threatened to kill her with a knife. Further, the appellant tore her cloths and forcibly had intercourse with her 3 times and he took all her cloths and left the scene of occurrence. Hence, the complaint.
