This petition is filed to condone the delay of 117 days in filing the above revision.
2.Ms.Jeenath Begum, learned Legal Aid Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that typed set of papers have been served to her and she is ready to make her submissions in the revision.
3.In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
