This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 23.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.628 of 2024 to report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

- Considering the submission,
the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for another period of 15 days and thereafter, weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter relaxed.
