The Miscellaneous Petition has been instituted to suspend the conviction and sentence of the petitioner/appellant in Special S.C.No.241 of 2019 dated 27.09.2022.
- We have carefully gone through the evidence of PW2/victim, minor girl aged about 6 years at the time of occurrence. The petitioner has not made out any prima facie case for granting suspension of sentence.
- Consequently, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. List Crl.A.No.17 of 2023 after two weeks.
