This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the

petitioners in para (c) that “the petitioners shall not leave India without the

previous permission of the Court”, passed in Crl.OP.No.20063 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners 1 & 2, due to their business interests, have to travel abroad from 20.12.2024 to 02.01.2025, and petitioners 1 & 2, have already complied with the other conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks the permission of this Court for petitioners 1 & 2 to travel abroad.

the respondent police also concedes the same.

Considering the reasons stated by the petitioners, permission is granted to petitioners 1 & 2 to leave India from 20.12.2024 to 03.01.2025, and as far as petitioners 3 & 4 are concerned, there is no specific prayer sought against them. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
