This Petition has been filed to modify the condition directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- jointly to the credit of the Crime No.2 of 2024 within a priod of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.9884 of 2024, dated 29.04.2024.

- The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that all petitioners are family members and require time to mobilize the funds. The counsel also prayed for a modification of the conditions imposed on them.

- The learned counsel for the Intervenor raised objections, stating that the amount involved is Rs.1,25,00,000/- and that A1 and other petitioners had benefited from the said amount, which was transferred by the defacto complainant through RTGS.

- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are arrayed as A3 to A7 and that no amount has been recovered from them.
