This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant exemption from surrender in Crl.A.No.62 of 2022 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge by its judgment, dated 06.06.2024 confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Alandur in C.C.No.288 of 2018 by its judgment, dated 26.09.2022.
2.Today, this Court suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14786 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.1489 of 2024. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
