This Court, by order dated 01.08.2024 had granted suspension of sentence and granted bail to the petitioners with conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioners were directed to deposit the fine amount of Rs.50,000/- each to the credit of C.C.Nos.170 of 2019 & 151 of 2018 before the Court within a period of two weeks.
2.The petitioners are unable to mobilize the funds within the stipulated period. Hence, file this petition seeking extension of time. Since the petitioners are inside, they are finding difficulty in mobilizing the funds and now with the help of their friends and relatives, started mobilizing the funds.
