This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.20018 of 2023, dated 17.08.2023 has not been complied with.

State Information Commission submits that the order of this Court

has been complied with and an order in SA 7961/B/2017(NC2021/B/2019) has also been passed on 17.05.2024. A copy of the order is also placed before this Court.
