CMP.No.6773 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 7 to 11 (son Rajesh and daughters Sumathi, Vanitha and Sangeetha) as the legalheirs of deceased Mariyayee, (7th Respondent) in the Appeal, A.S.No.196 of 2023.
2.CMP.No.6778 of 2024 has been filed to issue summons to Baby, the 1st Respondent in A.S.No.196/2023 and Appellant in A.S.No.419/2024.
3.CMP.No.13627 of 2024 has been filed to allow this Petitioner/2nd Appellant to transpose as Respondent in AS.No.419 of 2023.
4.Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
5.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of CMP.No.6773 of 2024 and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, I am inclined to order this Petition. Accordingly, CMP.No.6773 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the causetitle.
6.On hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, CMP.No.6778 of 2024 stands closed.
7.In respect of CMP.No.13627 of 2024, learned counsel for the Respondent seeks time to file counter affidavit. For filing counter affidavit in CMP.No.13627 of 2024, post the mater after two weeks.
