This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 156 days in filing this application to set aside the order of dismissal in WA No.3671 of 2019 dated 18.08.2023 and to restore WA No.3671 of 2019 to the file of this Court.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
