3 . Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, C.M.P.No.6194 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.
4 . The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
6 . Similar Petitions have to be moved in the connected S.A.Nos.142 and 144 of 2024 where the appellant (in S.A.No.303 of 2023) is shown as the 5th and the 2nd respondent respectively.
