This petition is filed to bring on record the 10th respondent as the legal heir of the deceased proposed 9th respondent Mr.P.M.Elango in the C.M.P.No.27635 of 2023 in S.A.No.710 of 2021.
2 . The other respondents have no objection to the petition being ordered. Accordingly, the petition is ordered as prayed for.
