considering the fact that it is only delay
in representation and the return was made
just before the lock down imposed due to
Pandemic, we are satisfied that the delay should be condoned in order to give an opportunity to the appellant to litigate on merits
2. Hence the petition is ordered
and the delay of 1283 days in representing the Appeal is condoned.
