These five applications have been filed i) to condone the delay of 6910 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant, in the main appeal, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant in the main appeal, iii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd appellant in the main appeal, iv) to bring on record the the 4th petitioner and respondents 13 and 14 as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant and rank them as 7th appellant and respondents 13 and 14 in the main appeal and v) to bring on record the petitioners 2 and 3 and 12th respondent as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant and rank them appellants 5, 6
and 12th respondent in the main appeal.
