This petition has been filed to amend the name of the 1st respondent as UOI Represented by General Manager, Heavy Vehicles Factory, A unit of AVNL Avadi, Chennai, instead of UOI Represented by Senior General Manager, Heavy Vehicles Factory, Ministry of Defence, Avadi, Chennai, in the above Second Appeal.

- application and amendment has become necessary.
- 3.In view of the name of the 1st respondent is being constitution
- changed pending the litigation, the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
- 4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the
above Second Appeal No.195 of 2018 and list the same on 18.03.2024 under the caption ''for arguments''.
