The above Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 136 days in filing the writ appeal.
2.Ms.Shrivarshini, learned counsel accepts notice for the 1st respondent.
3.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition.
4.Since the cause for the delay has been properly and satisfactorily explained, the petition is ordered and the delay of 136 days is condoned.
