This Court by judgment dated 23.09.2024, allowed the above Original Side Appeal and condoned the delay with cost of Rs.10,000/- payable by the appellant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment, and directed the matter to be listed for reporting compliance.
2.Accordingly, today, the matter is listed under the caption “for reporting compliance”.
3.Learned counsel for the appellant reports compliance. Compliance is recorded.
4.However, it is open to the Registry to bring to our notice in case the amount has not been paid by the appellant as per the directions of this Court.
