This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 234 days in filing the above appeal as against the judgment and decree dated 22.02.2023 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore in A.S.No.66 of 2019 confirming the judgment and decree dated 19.06.2017 in O.S.No.417 of 2011 passed by the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.
