The proposed respondents are represented by a learned counsel, who, on instructions, would submit that the impleading petition viz., C.M.P. No.4030 of 2022 can be allowed.
- This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, C.M.P. No.4030 of 2020 is allowed as prayed for.
- It is also represented by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant in C.M.S.A. No.44 of 2013 that the appellant and the proposed respondents viz., respondents 17 and 18, who have been brought on record, today have arrived at a compromise amongst themselves. A petition has also been filed in C.M.P. No.10782 of 2024 to record the Joint Memorandum of Compromise. An endorsement to that effect has also been made by the learned counsel for the appellant in C.M.S.A.
