This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the Appeal in A.S.S.R.No.10138 of 2013.

- Learned Counsel for the Respondent present in Court has no objection.

- I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 24 days in filing the Appeal is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the State Legal Service Authority within a period of 10 days.

- Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
