- I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the Petition to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the Appeal is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/to the State Legal Service Authority within a period of 10 days.

- Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
