This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 131 days in complying the returns and representing the Appeal in A.S.S.R.No.43950 of 2024.
- I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, the delay of 131 days is condoned.
- Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
- Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
