The matter is listed today under the caption, 'for being mentioned'.
2.The learned counsel for the appellants would submit that though
the third respondent was shown as deceased, this Court had observed in the order dated 23.10.2024, passed in C.M.A(MD) No.686 of 2024, that third respondent would be entitled to withdraw her share.
3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the paragraph No.10 of the order dated 23.10.2024, passed in C.M.A(MD) No.686 of 2024, shall read as follows:-
10. The claimants would be entitled to the
compensation equally. The first appellant shall be entitled to withdraw her share, less the amount already withdrawn, if any, by filing suitable application before the Tribunal and
the appellants 1 to 4 shall be equally entitled to the share

allotted to the third respondent. The claimants are directed to pay the Court fee on the enhanced amount. The share of the minor claimants/petitioners 2 to 4 herein may be deposited in any one of the Nationalized Bank in an interest-
bearing Fixed Deposit, initially for a period of three years, renewable thereafter, till the minors attain majority. The guardian of the minors/the first appellant herein, who is their mother, is permitted to withdraw interest from the said deposit, once in three months and utilise the same for the welfare of the minor claimants/petitioners 2 to 4 herein.
3.Hence, the Registry is directed to make the aforesaid correction in the order dated 23.10.2024 and issue a fresh order copy. All other portions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
