These appeals are directed against the twin decree of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur in H.M.O.P.Nos.115 of 2016 and 73 of 2017, dated 17.05.2018 and by which, the husband’s petition for dissolution of marriage was allowed and the wife’s petition for restitution of conjugal rights was dismissed. Hence, these twin appeals are preferred.
