(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Mr.M.Jaisingh representing Mr.A.Sivaji, learned counsel for the
appellants would submit that they want to give change of vakalat. The appeal is of the year 2012. Already 12 years have lapsed. This Court cannot indefinitely wait for the counsel for change of vakalat at their whims and fancies. Hence, the request for adjournment is rejected and this Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
