Learned counsel appearing on both sides produced before this Court a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 16.11.2024. The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 16.11.2024 is signed by the parties in the presence of their respective counsels. Parties are present today. Their presence is acknowledged by the learned counsels representing them. As per the Joint Memo of Compromise, the parties have agreed to the following terms :

4.Accordingly, the judgment and decree dated 03.11.2023 in
O.S.No.134 of 2020 on the file of the Additional District Court, Krishnagiri,
is set aside and this Appeal is allowed in terms of the joint memo of compromise. The Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of records. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
