This Application is filed to recall R.W.1 for further examination and
to mark the return of Income in Form No.3-A along with the Assessment order of
the applicant college for the Assessment Year 2005-2006.
2. This application is allowed on condition that the applicant shall pay
a sum of Rs.5000/- to the Official Assignee on or before 06.05.2024.
3. Registry is directed to post this matter before the Learned Master to
recall R.W.1 for further examination.
