Learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application, which has been filed to condone the delay of 43 days in re-presenting the application in A. No.D.131803 of 2023, which has been filed to condone the delay in re-presenting the written statement of the first defendant.
2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in
support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown.
3.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
