This Application has been filed to extend the term of the Arbitration Proceedings between the Applicant and Respondents before the Arbitral Tribunal comprising of the Sole Arbitrator, by a period of six months from 14.11.2024.

Heard learned counsel Mr.S.Rajendrakumar, appearing for the Applicant and Mr.R.Harishankar, learned counsel for the respondents.
