The Official Assignee has filed Report today stating that in compliance of the earlier order passed by this Court, one of the properties at Thethurai Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District in survey No.282/3, New Survey No.282/14, measuring to an extent of 2469 sq.ft in favour of Mr.M.Mohamed Asif, has been brought for sale in public auction on 21.10.2024 after effecting wide publication in one issue of Tamil Daily “Maalai Malar” of Chennai edition, covering Thiruvallur, Kancheepuram, Chengleput, Thiruvannamalai and Villupuram District. The said publication was effected on 26.09.2024. The Earnest Money Deposit was fixed as Rs.50,000/- and the upset price was fixed as Rs.5,00,000/-.
