The present Application has been filed by the applicants seeking for a prayer to allow the applicant No.3 to unconditionally withdraw the available amount of R.4,89,00,000/- lying in the fixed deposit account to the credit of E.P.No.92 of 2023, along with any interest accrued thereon as per the order dated 22.11.2023.
