This application is filed to direct the respondent/debtor to pay a sum of Rs.2,69,93,783.08 towards dues as mentioned in para.5 along with subsequent interest at 18 percentage p.a. from 01.03.2023 to the date of full and final payment and to permit the Official Liquidator to incur the cost of this application from and out of the funds of the Company in provisional liquidation.

would submit that she has issued demand notice dated 13.10.2022 to the respondent with regard to the payment. Thereafter, final notice dated 12.12.2022 was also issued. However, though the respondent received the said notices, they have not come forward to settle the outstanding dues. Hence, the present application has been filed.
