This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to grant leave to sue the respondents for a permanent injunction restraining them from resorting to illegal and unauthorized copyright strikes and any subsequent actions against
the plaintiff's channel.

namely the first defendant/GOOGLE LLC, having office outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Hence the present application. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds that this is a fit case to grant leave as sought for by the applicant/plaintiff. Hence, leave as sought for by the applicant/plaintiff is granted. The application is ordered accordingly.
