This application has been filed seeking to produce additional documents.
2. The documents as stated in the Judge's Summons are legal notice dated 29.02.1996, documents relating to O.S.No.4674 of 1996 and O.S.No.6037 of 2016. The documents include the plaint, the written statement, the deposition and the judgment.
3. These are all the documents of record and if there is any claim made over the correctness of the documents, the same may be put during the cross examination.
4. Taking into consideration the nature of the documents which are
now sought to be produced, this Application stands allowed.
5. List C.S.No.321 of 2021 before the learned Additional Master No.III on 11.06.2024 for recording of further evidence.
